Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day school operations.
- Support and supervise faculty and staff.
- Oversee curriculum implementation.
- Monitor instructional quality.
- Coordinate student services.
- Help maintain accreditation and compliance.
- Support staff development and professional learning.
- Promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Master's degree required.
- Master's degree in Special Education strongly preferred.
- Administrative or instructional leadership experience preferred.
- Curriculum development experience preferred.
- Experience supervising teachers and staff preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Pennsylvania administrative certification is a plus but not required.
